Return and Refund Policy: Due to the specialized and sensitive nature of the products used in turf management, we regret to inform our customers that we are unable to accept returns on any of TurfHOC products.

Cancellation Policy: For orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase, we will process the refund promptly before the shipment occurs.

Defective or Damaged Product: We will only consider refunds for Turf HOC products in cases where the product is damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team at turfhoc@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving the product. Customers must provide detailed information and necessary evidence, such as photographs and videos, clearly showcasing the damage. Once we receive the evidence, our team will promptly review it. If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged as reported, we will proceed with the refund or offer a replacement product, per your preference. For any concerns or to report defective or damaged products, please contact our customer service team at turfhoc@gmail.com.

Warranty Policy: All TurfHOC products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. For the Laser Precision Height of Cut Gauge, the warranty covers the laser component only and does not extend to the prism or gauge body; in the rare event of a laser malfunction, customers are eligible for a replacement laser unit, which can be self-attached. For the Bench HOC Gauge, the warranty covers digital components only and does not cover the aluminum bar, protective case, or other non-digital parts.
